Thank you for visiting the site!  My name is Daniel, and at the age of 51 years old I have over seventeen years experience in pet care.

As an animal lover and dog owner myself I began dog walking in 2008 and have enjoyed my job ever since!

In brief - as a child raised in the Midlands, I worked weekends with dogs and birds of prey at a nearby falconry centre, before entering full time education. I left university in 1998 with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. This was followed by several office jobs, a rewarding ten year experience as an independent DSA approved Driving Instructor and a year working with Thames Valley Police Force, before finally giving in to my love for animals.

I am fully insured, DBS checked and feel extremely lucky to be following my passion working with animals. I take full responsibility of the pets in my care and am always completely honest with you - the owner.

Due to family circumstances we made the move in 2022 to County Durham; bringing 'Happy Hounds Dog Walker' to Sedgefield, Wynyard, Bishop Middleham and surrounding areas.
